Hi Phil sorry mate thought there was a link I have added you now. How did you get internet at highriver do tell we would all like to know I spent 36 hours there the other week I think they were waiting for the right kind of cows to turn up lol. mike

Hi Mike, just read about your teaming up trip...what a nightmare !!

I have a Telus aircard which is like a dongle thing that I plug into the USB. Its on contract with Telus and pretty much gives high speed internet where you can get a decent phone signal.

I pay $75 a month for "unlimited" usage which includes roaming with Verizon when in the States.
Bad news is that this contract is no longer available.

A word of warning.....Kev and Lisa have just signed a contract which they were mis-sold as what they were offered on the phone didnt materialize. There is NO getout clause with one of these contracts, they even rang the government for help and they basically said "Bad luck"

If you are interested in getting a package then be wary about what you sign up for.

Hi Phil i was told you could get a Verizon stick for $50 a month don't know how true it was but I was chatting to a driver who was using it as we spoke. mike
