H&R as a company

H&R is not a bad company to work for they have new trucks and trailers and plenty of work if you want it. There are a few things that they could change which would make it a fantastic company then there would be a queue of drivers wanting the job. There would be a few small changes I would make which would make a lot of drivers very happy and lets face it if you have happy drivers then no one would want to leave!

happy drivers = more work done
more work done = more profit (for company and drivers)
more profit for drivers = even happier drivers,
its not rocket science..
why dont a lot of companies see it like this.

Hi Mike, I totally agree, they are not a BAD company to work for, however their Driver relations good be better, I have noticed though if you do your job to the best of your ability they are behind you 100%, There are However's, but not my place to say here.
